Getting Receipt Copies

1. Log in to Your Account:
   • Access your MP Marketplace account with your email and password.
2. Go to Orders:
   • Navigate to the “My Orders” section from your account dashboard.
3. Select the Order:
   • Find and click on the order for which you need a receipt copy.
4. Download Receipt:
   • Within the order details page, you will see an option to download or print a copy of your receipt. Click on “Download Receipt” to save a PDF version or select “Print Receipt” to get a physical copy.
5. Email Request:
   • If you are unable to find the receipt online, you can request a copy by emailing our customer service team at help@shop.movingparcels.co.za. Include your order number and email address used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

• Receipt Availability: Receipts are available for all orders placed within the last 12 months. For older orders, please contact customer service.
• Format: Receipts can be downloaded in PDF format or printed directly from your account.
