Gift Cards

1. Purchase a Gift Card:
   • You can buy MP Marketplace gift cards online through our website. Choose the desired amount and proceed to checkout.
2. Receiving a Gift Card:
   • Once purchased, you will receive an email containing the gift card code and instructions. Physical gift cards are also available and will be delivered to your specified address.
3. Redeeming a Gift Card:
   • During checkout, enter the gift card code in the designated field. The amount will be applied to your total purchase.
4. Checking Your Balance:
   • To check your gift card balance, log in to your MP Marketplace account and navigate to the “Gift Cards” section. Enter your gift card code to view the remaining balance.
5. Terms and Conditions:
   • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • They can be used to purchase any products available on MP Marketplace.
   • Ensure to use the full amount before the expiration date if applicable.
