Steps to Cancel an Order
- Log in to Your Account: Access your MP Marketplace account by entering your email and password.
- Go to Orders: Navigate to the “My Orders” section. You can find this under your account dashboard.
- Select the Order: Identify the order you wish to cancel from the list of your recent orders. Click on the order to view its details.
- Cancel Order: Look for the “Cancel Order” button within the order details page. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.
- Confirm Cancellation: You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Ensure you review the details carefully and confirm your decision to cancel the order.
- Cancellation Confirmation: Once your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include details about the cancellation and any refund information if applicable.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation Window: You can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Partial Orders: If you need to cancel only part of an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
