I would like to return my order

1. Log in to Your Account: Access your MP Marketplace account.
2. Go to Orders: Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
3. Select the Order: Choose the order you wish to return.
4. Initiate Return: Click on “Return Order” and follow the prompts to select the items you want to return and the reason for return.
5. Ship Your Return: Print the return label and ship the items back to us. Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Return Processing

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
